Perfect for all levels and for those with injuries. Focus on stretching, form and alignment to help you understand your body and Pilates fundamentals. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is easily modified for those with physical limitations.
Level 1: Fundamentals
Great for beginners, this class focuses on form and alignment to help you learn the basics of a Pilates, so that you can get the most out of your workout and become comfortable with the equipment. This class is ideal for new clients and can be modified with props for those with physical limitations.
Level 1.5: Intermediate
Continue to build your Pilates practice with more complex movements and a more athletic pace. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced with modifications and progressions to give each client a more challenging workout.
*Level 1 experience required.
Level 2: Advanced
This moderate to fast paced class introduces you to more advanced exercises with increased repetition, complex coordination, balance, and resistance to create a dynamic challenge that will elevate your Pilates practice.
*Level 1.5 experience required. Not recommend for clients suffering from injuries or chronic pain.
