This class will focus on the proper breath technique, form, and alignment of each body part. *This class is not suggested for first time clients with injury. A unique reformer Pilates class designed to stretch all the major muscle groups for increased flexibility. The reformer will provide support, stability, and additional resistance, making a deeper stretch safer and more accessible.
Reformer Level 1
Learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates in a supportive group setting. This class will focus on the proper breath technique, form, and alignment of basic Pilates moves that will strengthen and tone your body for improved fitness.
Reformer Level 1.5
Build on the basics learned in Level 1, and begin to step up the intensity with weights, the Pilates chair, and body integrations.
Reformer Level 2
Challenge yourself with more advanced reformer Pilates moves. Moving at a quicker pace, this class also involves the use of props that will help to isolate body movements, increasing strength, muscle tone, and general fitness.
Reformer Cardio Sculpt
Increase your cardio with this quick-paced class. This class involves a special prop, the jump board, to allow us to challenge your endurance. Expect an interval-style class.
