Therapeutic + Private Sessions
Not quite sure where to start or have an injury that prevents you from working out? Then Private Sessions might be for you. These one-on-one sessions are perfect for clients who are new to Pilates or Yoga, are pregnant, recently postpartum, need specific attention for chronic pain, or for people who just prefer privacy while they workout.
Your instructor will evaluate your skills and help set you up with the right program to best suit your goals. Each session will be made 100% based off your specific needs and goals.
ReformEr + YoGa + Mat Classes
If you are looking for a semi-private, supportive environment to take your health and fitness to the next level, then our classes are for you! Our group reformer classes never have more than 6 people and our mat never have more than 10 which means you will never get left behind of left thinking "Am I doing this correctly?"
We have classes that range in goal and challenge level. Classes are dedicated to helping you learn the fundamentals while working on your flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health and muscle tone.
