Therapeutic + Private Sessions  

Not quite sure where to start or have an injury that prevents you from working out? Then Private Sessions might be for you. These one-on-one sessions are perfect for clients who are new to Pilates or Yoga, are pregnant, recently postpartum, need specific attention for chronic pain, or for people who just prefer privacy while they workout. 

Your instructor will evaluate your skills and help set you up with the right program to best suit your goals. Each session will be made 100% based off your specific needs and goals. 

ReformEr + YoGa + Mat Classes

If you are looking for a semi-private, supportive environment to take your health and fitness to the next level, then our classes are for you! Our group reformer classes never have more than 6 people and our mat never have more than 10 which means you will never get left behind of left thinking "Am I doing this correctly?"

We have classes that range in goal and challenge level. Classes are dedicated to helping you learn the fundamentals while working on your flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health and muscle tone.

One-On-One Sessions

Therapeutic Pilates Sessions

Therapeutic Pilates Sessions are designed to help you get to a pain-free way of life!  Clients with injuries should start in therapeutic sessions before moving on to privates sessions or group classes.

After conducting an in-depth examination, your specialist will outline a plan that will normally begin with some hands-on manual massage therapy and therapeutic Pilates-based exercises. At the conclusion of your sessions, a self-care plan will be given for optimal results.

*Includes Trigger Point Release (Massage)

Private Pilates

Stretch: Heal & Restore.

Perfect for all levels and for those with injuries. Focus on stretching, form and alignment to help you understand your body and Pilates fundamentals. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is easily modified for those with physical limitations.

Level 1: Fundamentals

Great for beginners, this class focuses on form and alignment to help you learn the basics of a Pilates, so that you can get the most out of your workout and become comfortable with the equipment. This class is ideal for new clients and can be modified with props for those with physical limitations.

Level 1.5: Intermediate

Continue to build your Pilates practice with more complex movements and a more athletic pace. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced with modifications and progressions to give each client a more challenging workout.
*Level 1 experience required.

Level 2: Advanced

This moderate to fast paced class introduces you to more advanced exercises with increased repetition, complex coordination, balance, and resistance to create a dynamic challenge that will elevate your Pilates practice.
*Level 1.5 experience required. Not recommend for clients suffering from injuries or chronic pain.

Yoga Stretch

This class is designed with emphasis on stretching body parts such as the back and hips. The easeful Yoga postures will be supported by props including blankets, straps, and blocks. 

Restorative Yoga

Take the time to rejuvenate and re-balance your body while resting in easeful Yoga postures, supported by props including blankets, straps, and blocks. Each class will hold a total of 5-8 poses to provide a deep and thorough stretching of the muscles and connective tissues. In this class you will also learn to relax vigilantly, through intense observation within. This class welcomes all students.

Kundalini Yoga (Meditation)
Yoga is a way to link the body, mind, and soul. Kundalini focuses on the internal. It is absolutely appropriate for people of all fitness levels, as well as those looking to deepen their consciousness. The aim of Kundalini Yoga is to awaken and stimulate your internal energy. The practice uses breath, movement, and mantra to open up and balance all aspects of the body, mind, and spirit - allowing you to achieve and maintain mastery of yourself, as well as connect you to your consciousness. Kundalini strengthens your ability to remain calm, making it ideal for individuals enduring stress in relationships, careers and our day-to-day life. This class welcomes all students.

Restorative Yoga

Candle Light Yoga

Try this unique class set to soothing candlelight. The first part of class will consist of a gentle yoga flow, and then relax and unwind from the day with more Restorative poses.

Intermediate/Level 1.5 Classes:

Mat Pilates

This class will challenge all levels to perform Pilates moves without the support of a reformer. Using correct alignment and breath technique you will focus on increasing the overall strength and tone of your core, arms, and legs.

Yoga Flow

Create a solid foundation in your yoga practice. Explore the roots of each asana, and focus on connecting the postures with breath, creating a flow from pose to pose. Yoga Flow includes hip openers, bends, twists, and balancing postures. All levels are welcome.

Cardio Jumpboard: Reformer

This class incorporates all of the fundamental of pilates while stepping it up a notch by adding a cardio component. Get ready to jump and sweat. 

 

Advanced /Level 2 Classes:

*Level 1.5 Experience required. Not recommended for those with injuries or chronic pain.

Power Yoga

This dynamic practice moves at a quicker pace than Yoga Flow, so that a strong understanding of the link between breath and movement becomes essential. This routine can increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, as well as reduce stress. Students are welcome to take breaks between poses. This class welcomes more intermediate and advanced students of Yoga.

Yoga Sculpt

Sculpt by definition is to create and shape by carving. In this class we use weights, holds, and poses throughout to increase strength, create definition, and tone your body as you move through a cardio-intensive Vinyasa Flow. Consider adding Sculpt Yoga three times a week to your normal routine to burn fat and aid weight loss. This class is not recommended for those with injuries.

Barre

Barre is a full body workout that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast! By using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, we will sculpt the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out. The end result is a long and lean physique… without added bulk.

Total Body Sculpt

Blending the best of everything, you can expect to get some HITT,  Mat Pilates and Yoga Sculpt in this class. With this Total Body Workout, you'll lean and tone up with every move! This class is designed for people whose primary concerns are boosting overall cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and fat loss, without losing the muscle mass they already have. Workouts will use dumbells, BOSU, plyometrics and other various body weight exercises to boost your metabolism to its max. HIIT is a very efficient way of challenging your body more than what it is used to - resulting in muscle building and strengthening. All fitness levels are welcome to join this challenging yet fun and satisfying class!
